I chose a pre-learning assessment to represent my ability to met standard five. The pre-learning assessment shows my ability to plan. As an educators I have the knowledge and skills to facilitate learning for all students and know when to seek additional support for their practice. In my pre-learning assessment I address the individual students needs. I then use this information to inform my lesson planning and implementation.
